Gift Card Policy: Sonrisa is happy to honor all gift cards for the full value for one year from the date of purchase. Gift cards are non refundable but the face value may be exchanged for products.

Privacy Policy: Customer information including email addresses will be used for Sonrisa operations alone. Customer information will never be shared with 3rd party marketing firms.

Satisfaction: At Sonrisa we appreciate your business and invite any feedback you may have to help us improve our services. If you have concerns about the services you have received at Sonrisa please call us directly within 10 days of the date of your original appointment and we will work with you to seek a satisfactory outcome .

We use Kevin Murphy hair color at Sonrisa and we sell a variety of Kevin Murphy hair care products for use at home that help promote the quality of the hair color service. Unfortunately, we can’t warranty our color services performed by our technicians if the appropriate Aveda products are not used at home.

Cancellation/No Show Policy: We love and appreciate our loyal and dependable guests. We look forward to seeing each and every one of you. Services are reserved for you personally and when that timeslot receives a late cancellation or goes unused other clients miss out on the opportunity to schedule and receive their services.

A card on file is required to secure appointments. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% nonrefundable charge, while no shows will result in a full charge.
